Oxfordshire Employment and County Print Finishers is part of the council that specialises in helping people who have a disability find and stay in employment.

We are Disability Confident Leaders

To support all those working within Oxfordshire Employment and County Print Finishers is committed to the core standards of the Stevenson Farmer review 2017. We are committed to all our employees having access to ‘Good Work’ and to furthering knowledge and understanding of Mental Health in the workplace.

In February 2020, we surveyed all our staff and found the following:

66% of people returned their survey form.

Of these returned surveys:

83% of people identified as having a disability (As defined under the Equality Act 2020)

33% of people had used support services provided by their employer for health or welfare support.

70% of people said that their mental health was ‘good’ or ‘Very good.’
